While alone and off-duty, Officer Williams came upon a Gatorade tractor-trailer that had run off the road and down a canyon 175 feet in a mountainous area of Arizona. Williams climbed down the cliff and using Red Cross skills, stabilized and hydrated the injured driver until more help could arrive.
